We have been growing produce and vegetables on our farm for over 120 years and in that time we have developed a tradition of quality and safety.
• We control our products each stage of production. Our agronomist have direct supervision over our secured 160 acres of farmland all covered with tunnels to limit the exposure to harmful elements such as birds and animals.
• We have certifications that attest our processes.

• In respect to working with nature we have Leaf and Conservation Grade supplementary protocols.
• We have the utmost attention to the use of fertilizers (never used animal manure) and pesticides.
• We use fresh mineral water drawn from our well 120 m below the surface through semi impermeable volcanic rock.
• Our employees are clinically monitored by onsite doctor visits and we have special controlled areas food preparation and storage of products with special cells for the control of microorganisms, any formulation can prevent foreign bodies.
• Our worker hygiene is constantly monitored and we use specific products for hand washing, jet air blade dryers and all workers must use all the safety equipment such as gloves, face masks, work garments etc.
• We are constantly working to control our waste products. 100% of our salad waste products are used as animal feed. We have state of the art machines on our farm and we even have some prototype machines that no other farms have. We are constantly aware of our carbon footprint in respect to the Kyoto Protocol offsetting our carbon use by using solar panels to light our building and parking lots.
• All products are Vacuum cooled to reduce the possibility of microorganisms that are created when product is left to cool in the refrigerator. This process also adds shelf life.
• We offer the possibility of using IFCO and Europol or other required containers.
• Our transport is with companies that we have high volumes and mush experience. We regularly send digital temperature testers during transport.
• We check every transport vehicles upon arrival and we spray each truck with disinfectant prior to loading,
• We have a five year history with UK companies and never a complaint for any issue involving quality in regards to product hygiene.
