INGREDIENTS: Fenugreek seeds, camel thorn seed, nettle leaf, fennel fruit, anise fruit, fennel fruit oil, ascorbic acid, flavoring (lemon).

HOW TO USE: 1 sachet filter is added to 1 cup of boiled water. After 5 min brew to drink.
