General Information
Grade: Grade 7
Condition: Annealed
Specification: ASTM B348
Description
Features Of Titanium Bar Grade 7
The mechanical and physical of Titanium Bar Grade 7 is equivalent to Bars of Titanium Grade 2, but Titanium Grade 7 is the most corrosion resistance of all titanium alloys.
Titanium alloy of Grade 7 has the exception of additional interstitial palladium. It demonstrates excellent weldability, fabricability. Because of these traits, this grade of titanium bar is often used in chemical production processes and applications within the production equipment.
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION
Fe 0.3% O 0.25% Pd 0.12 – 0.25% C 0.08% N 0.03%
H 0.015% Other, total 0.4% Ti Remainder
In the field of high corrosion resistance, Grade 7 titanium material is an option. In addition, in many fields, titanium alloy materials cannot meet the needs. We also provide alloy products of tantalum metal and niobium metal.
Yutong Metal produces most of the grades of titanium bar, and all forms products such as bars, sheets, wire, pipes.
