Yunnan Yitong Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in November of 1994 as a comprehensive private enterprise, which is working on solar thermal utilization products, integrating research, development, production, sale and installation. Our products are identified as Yunnan famous brand and National Important New Products, passing the quality authentication of ISO9001, ISO14001 and attestation of Chinese Environmental Labeling. Our company wins the honor of Yunnan Famous Trademark, National Top Ten Best-Selling Brand, Growing Small and Medium Enterprise in Yunnan and so on. We are one of the companies which were granted the first qualification of producing and installing solar water heaters by Yunnan Construction Bureau in the first time in 2000. And our products successfully win the bid and are labeled with energy efficiency and benefaction to people, which is a national policy of providing subsidies for rural residents to purchase home appliance products. In 2009, our company was appraised as National Hi-tech Enterprise, and provincial Enterprise Technology Center. From 2005 to 2009, we were maintaining the annual first in installing solar water heaters in Yunnan Province. 1) Strengthen the construction of research and development institutes

In order to meet the requirement of high-speed development, one world advanced level of laboratory was built in the new factory area in 2012. To further perfect the functions of laboratory and testing facilities is the guarantee of whether we can employ top-notch talents or enhance cooperation with domestic professional RD institutions and universities or even have cooperation with foreign solar research institutes such as Australia, Spain and America.

2) Enhance the ability of technology research and development

Focusing on the integration issues of solar energy in high-rise buildings and the downstream products, we will work on the whole solar energy utilization field such as the integration of the components, the space combination with buildings, the building function from solar water heater and other functions such as air conditioners. In addition to collaborating with Yunnan Normal University, we built an associated laboratory with Tsinghua University in 2012, and this enhances our focus on the integration of solar buildings, solar thermal power generation and solar PV application. We are also ready to comply with Yunnan standards in solar buildings.

3) Increase the investment in research and development

Based on the ratio of 5% input to sales income by now, the ratio of research input should further increase to 6% gradually from 2012 on. This input will mainly be used for employing talents, building labs and developing machines.

4) Strengthen the training of innovative talent team

Talent is the key of company's development. We always make great efforts to train an innovative talent team. Besides routine training, it's a strategic activity of the long-term development to build our company as a teaching and practice base under Solar Energy Institute of Yunnan Normal University. We invite experts from Yunnan Solar Energy Society and Renewable Fuels Association to give some lectures every year. Meanwhile, staff training is one of company's policies. Taking continuous improvement as our company's culture, we have established incentive programs to stimulate staff to become top talents.
