Started in 1973 by current owner and President, Phillip J. Sass, Wisconsin Spice, Inc. Has grown from humble beginnings in a 19th Century grain mill, to a modern facility with state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities for both dry and prepared mustard processing and spice grinding and blending.

We are Kosher OU certified, utilize GMP and HACCP programs and third party companies for compliance. We are affiliated with IFT and the Association of Dressings and Sauces.
