Product description
Carbon Fiber Solid Rods are manufactured by a pulling continuous carbon fibers combined with resin through a heated steel mold. This process is referred to as pultrusion or extrusion. It is used for producing continuous lengths of composite products with constant cross-sections.
The carbon fibers are saturated with the resin ,when they are pulled through a round mold , the hardening of the resin is initiated by the heat from the mold and then a rigid, cured structure is formed in the shape and size of the mold.
