After hunting for the right stick in the woods, I seal the cut ends and store the green wood in my garage attic up to 2 years to dry.

The bark is removed, then the process of design takes shape.

I inlay different types of semi-precious stones and wire work, such as copper, silver and brass. Often, I paint with acrylics that blend with the the wood and stones. They are then finished with clear coat finishes after staining.
