The 8pin JTAG connector that is soldered at the Voipac SODIMM Base Boards is supplied with the complete development kit in order to speed up the customers' own prototyping. Usage of this JTAG connector increases the flashing comfort, and allows only the pads to be placed at the SODIMM Module PCB thus decreasing the price of each module.
