Pasta production line with capacity of 250 kg/h allows producing 5-5.5 tons of pasta a day and it is completed according to the customer’s option.
- Flour sifter-conveyer;
- Vacuum automatic press;
- Mobile conveyor;
- Vibrating conveyor with a steam chamber;
- Electrical steam generator;
- Spreading conveyor;
- Conveyor drying chamber;
- Output conveyor;
- Vibrating conveyor with a steam chamber;
- Electrical steam generator;
- Conveyor for stabilization and cooling;
- Storage hopper;
- Semi-automat packaging machine with feeding and branch conveyors;
- Line elements control panel.
At the request of customer this set can be complemented
- System of automatic flour feeding from silos to the sifter;
- Automatic extruder shaft cooler with closed contour;
- Control unit of extruder revolutions;
- Additional drying chamber for completion of drying and stabilization of specific and thick-walled pasta;
- Device for multiple package of bundles;
- Different type extrusion dies;
- Washing device for extrusion dies;
- Bag lifter-dumper;
- Gas heat generator.
For production of vermicelli, noodles, tagliati – drying chambers are complemented by additional polymer networks. If additional batcher of dry and paste-like additions (dried eggs, milk powder, tomato paste, etc.) is installed the production of pasta with additives is possible.
For the line installation 200 square meters of space is required not taking into account storage and service rooms. The ceiling height of the production premises should be no less than 3 meters.
The line is intended for round-the-clock operation with small breaks for the replacement of extrusion dies.
