COATING PROCESSES

We use 4 different coating methods in cable trays system :

- Hot Dip Galvanization After Fabrication :

This method is the process of plating plain steel materials by dipping into zinc melt after fabrication .Galvanization coating is tough against scratches and has a specialty of renewing itself.

- Pre-galvanized :

Sheet metal manufacturers plates sheet rolls in continuous hot dip galvanizing

baths which are ready, hot dip galvanized with weight of coating 200 gr/m2 , are taken to the production line directly and turned to final products.

Pre-galvanized products have an average coating thickness around 20-22 micron and these products are more suitable for using indoor areas.

- Stainless Steel :

Cable trays, Cable ladders, Wire mesh cable trays and Supporting systems with pipe system and fitting stated in our catalog can be produced from Stainless 304, 316, 316L.

- Electrostatics Powder Paint :

This kind of coating is made by securing chemicals adhesion reaction at 250 degree with oven method, which is mostly used in decorative areas. Presenting alternative solutions to the customer with the wide variety of color options .
