Ron and I, Josephine Rogalski, have four children, one son and three daughters. Our oldest daughter and our son are both married with families living in Thunder Bay. Our other two daughters are married with families and living in Minnesota. We see them whenever we can. A tradition we have is a Mother's day luncheon with our second oldest daughter and her family at a beautiful hotel in Red Wing, Minnesota, overlooking the river. After lunch we all go scouting around the area to different places my daughter frequents. One year she took us to "Northfield Olive Oils and Vinegars". We were just blown away with the sampling of some of the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars that exist today. Having been in the picture framing business for 33 years we needed a little change. We had no idea that the little change would be something so big. We fell in love with the whole concept of the wholesome, nutritious olive oils and vinegars. Ron and I wanted Thunder Bay to EXPERIENCE what we did and thus set to work redesigning our frame shop to add the TASTING experience to our beloved home town.
