For fifteen years I struggled with a compulsion around food that made every day challenging. I tried every diet imaginable and judged myself and my body harshly for not being able to lose the weight. After a particularly horrible binge, I made a commitment to myself to dedicate myself to find a way to lose weight, healthily, without dieting or denying myself my favorite foods. The result of this journey was my recovering fully from my compulsive eating disorder, and living my life at my healthiest and most natural weight. I now coach women on moving beyond compulsions with food and living at their ideal weight... I wrote the award winning book The Body Love Manual- How to Love the Body You Have As You Create the Body You Want because I wanted to share the direct path to healthy weight loss
