The C.A.B Network (C.A.B) Creative /Alternative / Broadcasting will create opportunities for Urban artistic and cultural expression, promoting cooperation with those who serve the urban interest, and facilitate open, unbiased communication through community access. Our plan includes a programming structure that will allow a wider range of programming and encourage minorities to create their own shows.
