Our make-up artist and beautician, Megan Katie, will be able to provide the make-up artistry for the occasion (whether Evening, Bridal or Photographic make-up), working with Airbase airbrush make-up, Youngblood mineral cosmetics and selected pieces from the leading make-up brands of MAC and Bobbi Brown. As well as working from Studio 4's premises at Dalton Hall, Burton-in-Kendal, Megan Katie is also available for home visits, either on a one-to-one or group session. Discounts and packages for parties can be arranged by negotiation.

Megan Katie also offers a range of advanced skincare procedures from Dermaco, as well as other treatments in Beauty and Nails.

Our photographer, Clive (CLiVeDiGiTaL) has had years of experience as a professional photographer - his business started in the days of film, chemicals and darkrooms - and he was one of the first photographers to realise the potential of the digital age. He has learned an enormous amount regarding image manipulation and enhancement, which has kept him at the cutting edge of this incredible technology. After an illustrious career covering all aspects of photography, design and print, to serve industrial, commercial, advertising and public requirements, Clive has now returned to his roots of Studio Portraiture and Wedding Photography, to offer a unique service to clients in partnership with Megan Katie.

Studio 4 use only the best products for our make-up and beauty services. We use leading cosmetics brands Airbase airbrush make-up, Youngblood mineral cosmetics, MAC and Bobbi Brown.

For our advanced skincare treatments, we use the Dermaco system, where a range of retail products are also available to take home and continue your skincare regime. We have chosen Calgel as our preferred brand for gel nails.

Studio 4 has available, a range of make-up packages to suit every occasion, — whether it’s Evening, Bridal, or Photographic, Megan Katie will be able to provide the make-up artistry for the occasion, working with Airbase airbrush, Youngblood mineral cosmetics and selected pieces from the leading make-up brands of MAC and Bobbi Brown.

Microdermabrasion allows me to perform mechanical exfoliation based on the safe and controlled removal of the epidermis, layer by layer, without the use of messy crystals.

Diamond Tip abrasion is quick and painless and will rejuvenate and regenerate your skin. Following the moderate removal of the top layers of the epidermis there will be a period of increased growth of new skin cells. The new cells will travel outwards and replace the old dead cells that have been removed by microdermabrasion.

DermaCo Pro exfoliation it is a gradual process and there is no risk of deep, unequal exfoliation or scarring.

We fully realise the importance of creating a stress free run up to your wedding and offer an enjoyable make-up and beauty service with this in mind. We work with Airbase airbrush applied make-up, Youngblood mineral cosmetics and my personal favourites from Mac and Bobbi Brown to create that flawless and beautiful look required for your special day. We always advise a trial make-up application for the bride, which ensures peace of mind when it comes to her special day. Discounts are available for group bookings and there is no charge for flower girls.
