We service the rental housing community by doing background checks for landlords, and making reccomendations to rent or not to rent to prospective tenants, and let the landlord know of the extra risk involved if they rent to those individuals with poor rental histories. If those people violated the terms of the lease, we can file for an eviction on them, and then report the event to all three credit bureaus. We also advertise and show rental properties.
