Stag’s Hollow wines are handcrafted and of limited production. Our style is a fusion of old and new world. Stag’s Hollow produces approximately 7500 cases annually. Wines are produced from both Estate grapes and grapes purchased from smaller growers throughout the South Okanagan. Our growers have been specially selected for both their commitment to quality and their sharing of Stag’s Hollow’s passion for excellence.

Production of small lots allows us the time to carefully monitor and grade each barrel of wine as it matures. In a year of superb growing conditions, a number of our barrels may develop into something truly special. These wines become our “Renaissance” wines. A Renaissance wine is not made consistently every year but rather when the wine is of exceptional quality in that vintage.
