Description

The wonderful thing about Icelandic lamb is the gourmet quality of the meat. There is nothing like it as far as lamb goes. Very mild. For a small farm the Icelandic is a great breed as they are very easy to work with. They are an over 1100 year old breed that the vikings brought over to Iceland. They are a dual purpose breed, good for great fiber, milk, cheeses, meat.

We have a new start of Geese and Muscovy duck for meat also. They are not ready till next year though. Very excited!
