CA72-4
Glycochain antigen 72-4 (CA72-4), also known as glycophorin antigen 72-4 and cancer antigen 72-4, is a kind of high molecular glycoprotein carcinoembryonic antigen identified by CC49 and B72.3 monoclonal antibodies.
Glycochain antigen 72-4 is a marker of gastrointestinal tumor and ovarian cancer, and its specificity in diagnosing gastric cancer is superior to glycophorin antigen 19-9 and carcinoembryonic antigen.
Some chronic gastritis, chronic enteritis can also appear as the phenomenon of this substance. Female patients can also show elevated CA724 levels if tested during pregnancy and menstruation.
SEKBIO provides Mouse anti-human CA72-4 mAb and Humanized anti-human CA72-4 mAb for detection usage on multiple platforms.
CA72-4 Intro
CA742 blood test is a tumor-associated glycoprotein that is a marker for gastrointestinal and ovarian tumors. However, the high ca724 is not necessarily caused by tumors, so when patients have elevated levels of this substance, they need to do a systematic examination, such as CT, color Doppler ultrasound, etc., to confirm the diagnosis. In addition to above cancer, some chronic gastritis and chronic enteritis can also increase the phenomenon of this substance. Women can also have elevated ca724 if checked during pregnancy and menstruation.
CA724 Tumor Marker
Cancer antigen 72-4, carbohydrate antigen 72-4, sugar chain antigen 72-4, is a high molecular glycoprotein carcinoid antigen, and sugar chain antigen 72-4 is the main target of gastrointestinal tumors and ovarian cancer. The specificity of diagnosing gastric cancer is better than carbohydrate ivd antigen 19-9 and carcinoembryonic antigen.
