Multi-contact female pin header connector, also known as a Machined Pin Header or Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Connector, is composed of multiple solid pins and a high-temperature resistant plastic base. It is commonly used as the counterpart for Pogo Pin connectors, facilitating electrical conductivity or signal transmission.

The materials and electroplating processes used for multi-contact female connectors are the same as those used for Pogo Pin connectors, ensuring stable and extremely low contact resistance. This reliability persists even with frequent mating cycles, resulting in a long service life.

Installation Methods for Multi-contact Female Header Pins

1. Automated placement with an SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) pick-and-place machine followed by reflow soldering to secure the component.

2. Fixation through wave soldering.
