Founded in 2008, our enterprise specializes in the design and manufacture of swing-top caps.

We developed from Shantou Xiongxing Machinery Plant which specializes in the manufacture of nonstandard and special machines. Since 1976, with more than 30 years of production history, we have gathered a wealth of experience in the design and manufacture of special machines. In 2006, Xiongxing Machinery Plant transferred to the research and development of the swing-top caps, aiming to make convenient, recycled and environment-friendly caps. Now, this kind of cap has been developed and has been manufactured successfully. And this technology has been applied for three national patents, and has acquired authorization from national patent bureau.

We hold the technology of the design and manufacture of special cap making machines, and our production line is supermatic and applicable for mass production. All our products meet German cap standards. Now the production capacity is 2,000,000 sets per month, and according to market' demand, we have ability to enlarge the production capacity in two times.

This bottle cap consists of stainless steel spring ( high strength chrome-nickel ), equipped cap ( cap material: radioceramic or PP ) and sealed gasket ( material: TPR or silicone rubber, shape: flat or three-dimensional, color: white or red ). It is widely used in various bottles such as beer, champers, wines, brandy, Chinese distilled spirit and milk, soda water and flavoring and so on. The cap could be recycled and reused many times which benefits producer of saving material and protecting environment.

All the parts of our swing top caps have been tested by SGS institution, accord with Europe-America standard.

The cap is extremely easy to use: depress the small ring of the spring slightly, then open the bottle, and depress the C ring of the spring, and the bottle is closed and self-locking. The sealing performance is very good.

The item No. is showed as follow: A type , B type, C type and D type.

A1 type: made of radioceramic, chrome-nickel stainless steel and TPR or silicone rubber. Ceramic cap is noblerer, which makes terminal-product much noblerer. The logo can be printed in the surface of the ceramic cap, without fading and with wearability. Ceramic cap is durable, which is better to reuse many times.

A2 type: made of PP, chrome-nickel stainless steel and TPR or silicone rubber. It is more economical. The logo can be printed in the surface of the PP cap, too.

C type: specialized in using in wine, champers, etc. Its main character is to add natural cork in the PP cap, which is good to breathe freely and tinily after bottling wine or champers, and make wine or champers more healthful after bottling.

D type: rename swing top cap ( ball ). Its main character is to make the cap into a ball shape, which is more artistic matched with some bottles.
