API 5CT 9Cr1Mo Steel Pipe is used in the hardened and tempered condition. It is used extensively on completion equipment for structural and pressure containing members, in standard and CO2 environments. pH, chlorides, temperature and H2S can limit its use in other environments.

0.2% proof Stress: 80 KSI Min (551 N/mm2)

Elongation: 20 %

Red of Area: 40%

NACE MR0175 limits supply hardness to 22 HRC max.
