The heat exchanger is used for the transfer of heat from one fluid to another, in order to bring about a change in temperature or phase in one of the fluid. These used for cooling and heating application in many industries, such as marine, power station and petroleum,in some of the appliction it plays a key role, like oil refining, air conditioning and refrigeration.

Accessen has many hydropress machines to make its own pattern plate, the max. pressure is 20,000T at the moment. For the gasket HEX, it can make DN500 nozzle size HEX, the max. flow rate of the HEX is 4500m^3/h, and 70MW heat load for each HEX.

As for the welded plate & frame type HEX, the max. temperature is 350℃, and the max. pressure is 35barg, the max. flow rate is 2500m^3/h.

While the welded plate & shell type HEX, the max. temperature is 500℃, and the max. pressure is 60barg, the max. flow rate is 2500m^3/h.

The plate material used for construction are SS304, SS316L, 904L, TITANIUM, HASTELLOY, NICKEL, SMO254, etc. and the Stainless steel is most particularly ideal for the plate type heat exchanger.
