Shandong Hongrun Grease Co., Ltd. has become Shandong Hongrun Group and was established in 1990. Our company is located in Shandong Yellow River Economic Development Zone. Our company is an important agriculture industrialization leading enterprise of Shandong Province.Mainly manufacturing cotton jute machinery, linter machinery,gin machine,gin/linter saw,spare parts,recycling machine,flaking machine and processing grease.

Since our establishment, we have been adhering to the enterprise tenet of "customer satisfaction is our unremitting pursuit" and the management idea of "pursuit of excellence forever". We provide our excellent products with high quality and satisfying service for all customers. With years of efforts and accumulation by "Hongrun People", our fixed assets have reached 220 million Yuan. From 2009 to 2010, the sales revenue was up to 700 million Yuan.

We have built 8 (branch) companies in Shandong, Hebei and Xinjiang successively. For grease processing, we mainly focus on deep processing for cotton by-products. The major products cover cotton linters, cottonseed crumb containing over 40% protein, cotton oil and so on. There are 3 cottonseed production lines, and each line processes 50 thousand tons of cottonseeds a year. In 2010, the production and sales value of cotton by-product was up to 600 million Yuan. Meanwhile, one 400 embossing production line was established in 2008. Relying on our own powerful technical force and RD for excellent mechanical performance of cotton ginning machines and our auxiliary equipment, we completed 3000 tons of 400 National-Reserve-Cotton Task successfully and completely (100%) reached the standard of National Cotton Reserve Company. Under the guidance of cotton machinery expert Zhang Daoyi, cooperating with Thunis Automation Project Center, we developed MR-144D MR160-11B NC linters integrating embossing, fuzz-stripping, cotton-bark-clearing, rotary-screening and cotton aggregating, up to 5 series and more than 90 varieties. The machines are awarded 4 national patents. Each parameter index has been ranked among the advanced level in the same industry and our products have been sold well at home and abroad.

At the same time, we purchased large-size precision NC mechanical manufacturing equipment and developed WXQ130 complete intelligence no-chunk spindle NC wood rotary cutters, MB-250 NC wood debarkers, ZP-130 fully automatic NC shearers, TCQYS100/320,125/320 double-deck cylindrical scalperators, TSCY85/100,100/125 single-deck cylindrical scalperators and so on. The equipment won a good reputation after being launched into market. With powerful technical force, advanced equipment and scientific management, the annual production capacity is up to 3000 equipment. We have become an up-rising star in machinery industry. In 2008, our group associated with Shandong Liuhe Group and set up a forage production line for animals, top grade aquatic products and fresh-water shrimp in Tangshan. The annual production value is nearly 500 million Yuan. The second-stage project is to set up 4-5 feed processing plants with the same scale in East Hebei and Bohai Region respectively.

Our group has been awarded as "Shandong Agricultural Industrialization Key and Leading Enterprise", "Good Faith and Law-Abiding Enterprise", "Contract Oriented and Credit Focused Enterprise", "AAA Credit Enterprise" by Agricultural Bank of China and "AA Credit Enterprise" by Construction Bank of China.
