Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training includes the personalized exercise programming of private training with the motivating team environment of group training. Each week you'll complete between 3 to 5 sessions with your personal trainer. Training hours are available Monday through Friday from 7-8am, 5-6pm, and 6-7pm.
You'll gain access to our step-by-step nutrition program designed to teach you to eat the foods you love and get the results you want without starving yourself. The way you eat is unique to you, so you will also receive a 1-On-1 Nutrition Coaching session that addresses what specific nutrition changes will deliver you the best results in 12 weeks. Nutrition recommendations are not a one-size fits all.
