Roaster for 30 years, Michel Gelis and his team know that the roasting is a delicate stage and that going to allow to develop the aromas of the coffee.
Thanks to the work with the cooperatives of the producing countries, Coffee Michel was able to favor the production of organical coffees. Today more than 95 % of its range arises from the organic farming.
Our successful equipments allow to burn out beans with heart and our system of production is conceived in a way that the freshness of roasting is preserved.
Finally, our packagings are conceived to keep all the qualities of the freshly ground coffee and are environment-friendly.
