Correct what is misaligned and
Stretch what is tight or overused.
One Person sessions are also a great way to more quickly and correctly learn the Pilates repertoire of exercises to get the most out of attending group classes.
Pilates-based Post-Rehabilitation is:
A way to learn about your body,
Correct faulty movement patterns that may or may not cause pain and
Reduce the likelihood of future injury.
The basic goal is to:
Restore functional efficiency within the body through
Pilates-based corrective exercises,
Stretches and Releases.
