DSG INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ("DSGIL")

DSG International Limited("DSGIL"), established in Hong Kong in 1973, is one of the world's leading companies specializing in manufacturing disposable baby diapers, training pants and adult incontinence products, with forty years of experience in this industry. DSGIL now operates seven manufacturing facilities in North America and Asia with extensive distribution activities around the world.

DSG Group manufactures and markets disposable baby diapers, training pants and adult incontinence products primarily under its own brand names, which include "FITTI", "PET PET", "BABY LOVE", "DISPO 123", "CERTAINTY", "CERTAINTY PLUS". The Group also manufactures disposable baby diapers, adult incontinence and pants products under renowned private labels.

DSGIL has effective equity and management control of three distinct business entities with global consumer sales of about USD 500 million in 2009. The East Asia region, predominantly Hong Kong and China, is the birth place of the DSG Group dating back to 1973. DSG International (Thailand) Public Company Limited is the regional headquarters responsible for the DSG SEA and export markets. In North America, Associated Hygienic Products LLC ("AHP") of DSGIL is the premier disposable diaper supplier to major retail customers such as Wal-Mart and Kroger.

DSG Group's South East Asian operations held by DSG International (Thailand) Public Company Limited was granted a listing of its common shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") from August 9, 2006 onwards. The common shares of DSG International (Thailand) Public Company Limited are traded on the SET under the trading name of "DSGT".

DSG CHINA

In order to develop the China market, Disposable Soft Goods Ltd. established its first production base: Disposable Soft Goods (Zhongshan) Ltd. (referred to as "DSG China") in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, China in August 1993, and then also branches in Beijing and Guangzhou. DSG China covers an area of 17,146 square meters with an annual output of hundreds of millions pieces of diapers, its sales network spreading over all major cities, provinces and autonomous regions of China.

DSG actively develops the China market and fully considers the needs of customers and consumers in different areas and sectors. Over the years, DSG China has committed itself to the continuous product quality improvement and innovation to fulfill the promise of bringing the comfort and convenience to consumers.
