Our Functions are multi-fold, namely: 1) SALES AGENTS - For major domestic and foreign chemical producers. In many instances Rit-Chem is the exclusive agent, for either the NAFTA region or some other geographically defined area. 2) IMPORTERS - We also import directly utilizing our world-wide contacts to supply: a) Chemicals which are no longer manufactured in the US. b) Higher quality chemicals than available domestically. c) Chemicals which are custom produced for Rit-Chem only. 3) CUSTOM MANUFACTURERS - At times our function in marketing is as a link between customer needs and manufacturing. Custom synthesis or confidential manufacturing is an ever growing aspect and important segment of our business. Rit-Chem has a close working relationship with many manufacturing plants. Some produce exclusively for Rit-Chem's direct marketing efforts, others synthesize and custom manufacture chemicals for us on a confidential and secrecy agreement basis, as a service to our customers. Each product chosen for manufacture at given plant site is done after it is determined which has the greatest capabilities, taking into consideration equipment, past experience, technical and manufacturing expertise. Rit-ChemCo Inc, is a family-run business that imports, exports, markets, and contracts for custom, high-quality, and hard-to-find chemicals. Its imports are primarily chemicals that are no longer made in the US, chemical preparations custom-produced for Rit-Chem, or chemicals of a higher quality than are typically made domestically.
