Rippling Waters has helped establish four elementary school gardens and a state-of-the-art solar greenhouse in Maine School Administrative District #6. Students learn about how to grow and prepare their own food and about hunger issues in our community. The Food Connection Corps, our summer youth program, gives high school students a chance to form deep connections with the food they eat and the local landscape. We host WWOOFers, apprentices, and social service groups for volunteer days. We participate in the Portland farmers' market on Wednesdays and Saturdays and the Bridgton farmers' market on Saturdays.
