Images of the Game was founded in 2005 by its largely self-taught artist Richard Hugh Blackford. The concept for Images of the Game was derived from the title of his first exhibition of cricket paintings held at the world famous cricket ground Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica in May, 2005.
The cricket paintings featured included pieces depicting cricketers from the era of the great George Headley to Brian Lara, historic cricket grounds such as the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados; to Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica.
Located in Coral Springs, Florida; its principal business is in the production of original paintings, innovative and attractive prints of paintings drawn from Richard Hugh Blackford's extensive catalogue of original works.
