Using technology gained from manufacturing engineered pulleys, RAS manufactures a complete line of wing pulleys that exceed CEMA standards. This includes dead shaft and spiral wrapped pulleys. All our pulleys are built using the same one piece end discs found in our drum pulleys. Our heavy duty series feature a re-enforcing ring to counter-act fin folding, our extra heavy series gets even stronger with a center pipe which the pulley is built on, along with thicker gauge fins and spacers. All of our wing pulleys feature RAS half oval caps to improve noise reduction and belt wear, as well as optional rubber slide lagging to improve pulley life. RAS Wing pulleys come in both MAV or XT fitting options in all standard belt widths.
