Promotora Agropecuaria de Jalisco, S. A. de C. V. (PAJ) is a company involved in agribusiness producing various items made from the indigenous Blue Agave cactus. Our main products are Tequila and Agave Nectar.

Our tequila brand, "El Chaca de la Sierra, " is rapidly gaining prestige in the domestic market, as well as in foreign countries such as the United States, Canada, Colombia, Belgium, Germany and South Africa. It is considered by many to be one of the best tequilas in Mexico.

El Chaca is 100% Blue Agave and is produced in three 80 proof varieties: "Blanco, " a less expensive young tequila that is preferred by some who like an unrefined drink, often taken in shots; "Reposado, " which is aged for three months in Canadian oak barrels, excellent by itself or in a blended drink; and "Extra Anejo, " which is aged for three years and is an even smoother tasting tequila.
