The device is equipped with a joint charging hopper to which the product is passed with a grade elevator (option). From the hopper the product is collected automatically to particular batching assemblies. The batching assembly consists of two vibrating feeders - transporting and batching. The weighing assembly consists of a weight processor, extensometric converter, weighing basket with a pneumatic closing - opening system. Depending on the required efficiency of the device, two to four threads are used. The machine batches the product to the intermediate basket in order to weigh it. The weighed portion of the product falls into the chute of the dumping basket finished with a funnel under which an employee needs to put a package. After putting a bag or a different package on the dumping funnel, service staff turns on the weight and begins the batching process. The weight automatically checks the initial state: lids closure of the intermediate baskets, presence of a package, the automatic tare, efficiency of the extensometric converters, etc. The process of batching begins by one press of the start button or automatically after closing the lid of the weighing basket. The control panel starts the vibrating conveyors (transporting and batching). During the batching the present weight of the batched product is displayed. In the first phase the product is batched with the whole width of the vibrating conveyor. After batching a bigger portion of the product, the width of the conveyor is limited by the closure of the lid. In the final, precise batching phase, the conveyor operates only with a narrow slot which after batching is also closed with a small lid. Portions batched in the tolerance are treated as successful, what is shown on the display. In case of an automatic batching, the opening of the lids of particular intermediate baskets (alternately) takes place. Then, the package is filled and disconnected from the dumping funnel. In case of an unsuccessful batching (beyond the tolerance) service staff decides on what to do with the particular portion.
