The tippler is made of non-toxic, non-absorbable and resistant to the activity of products and detergents materials. All the elements of the bearer frame and the dumping car are made of acid-proof steel. The hydraulic feeder has a shield made of acid-proof steel. The control over the lifting and lowering of the dumping car takes place with the use of rectifier buttons. All the elements of the device are available to a precise wash, the surfaces of the elements are smooth and the constructive profiles are closed and rounded. Most of the connections are welded connections and supportive materials such as greases or oils cannot have a contact with the product.
