Proctor Watts Cole Rutter is a long established Chartered architects practice based in Shaftesbury, but providing a service across the South of England. Our designs aim to maximise the potential of the site and respond to their context with materials that will age gracefully.

The practice is well known for its experience in Conservation and Listed building work. Being members of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings, the Institute of Historic Building Conservation and on the Salisbury diocesan list of approved Architects, we are aware of the care required in dealing with historic buildings. In recent years we have also built a reputation for sensitive and sustainable modern design utilising cutting edge technology. We aim to deliver low energy, low maintenance buildings using local materials and skills.

The services provided vary according to each project and can be tailored to suit individual client's needs.
