Poplar Wood Farm, located in the beautiful hills of Northwest New Jersey wants to be your source for organically grown plants for your garden. This year we are focusing on offering a great list of vegetable transplants. Our plants will help you to create a garden that will nourish you and the people that you care for. In addition to the transplants listed we will have other vegetables, herbs, flowering annuals, and a selection of some of our favorite trees and shrubs including wonderful Japanese Maples.
