ParsBitumen is a privately owned company registered in Kermanshah registry office with registration number 8742 in year 2003 . Mr. Mohamadaref Ebrahimi is the founder and managing director of the company . The company owns two gilsonite mine in Gilangharb near Kermanshah and a factory to process the gilsonite in industrial town near Kermanshah .

The factories' production capacity is 1500 MT/month bitumen in grade 60/70 ,85/25, 95/25 , 90/15, 115/15 and 50000 MT/year pulverized gilsonite.
