Edible cake toppers are a very thin sheet of flavourless icing. They come on a backing sheet and with easy to follow instructions on how to apply them to your cake. They can be personalised with your own choice of images/photographs and/or text, tailored to your specific requirements.

The icing sheets are made using the following ingredients:

Cornstarch, corn syrup, cellulose, corn syrup solids, water, sugar, vegetable oil, gum Arabic, polysorbate 80 and citric acid.
