As trainers that have played the game at high levels we know what it takes to get maximum improvement.

Optimum Basketball is a training company that focuses on athletic performance and skill development specifically for the sport of basketball. We train professional, college, high school, and youth players year round; Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-9pm and Saturdays 1-4pm. Our training is year round, with weekly workouts, and camps during the summer. At Optimum Basketball we work with all skill levels, knowing that each person we train will get better, and will do so significantly.
