NOVOFRUCT SK, s. r. o. was incorporated in the Commercial Register on 1 January 1993. Its founders and shareholders were Ing. Pavol Uhrin, Ing. Lýdia Uhrinová and Ing. Michal Žibrita. As of 29 February 2012 the majority shareholder of the company NOVOFRUCT SK, s.r.o. is the Lithuanian company NDX, UAB. Ing.Pavol Uhrin still remains a shareholder also an executive manager of the company.

NOVOFRUCT SK, s. r. o. processes fresh fruit, vegetables and meat at its Nové Zámky plant, with the final products being (fruit and vegetable) infant nutrition, baby foods, canned fruits and vegetables, meat spreads and ready-to-serve meals. The Company’s priority, in all its business activities, is to have the products and services it provides achieve maximum quality, in line with the expectations of its business partners, end consumers and the Company’s own employees. The Company has been fulfilling its established mission of strict compliance with current legislation, while meeting legal and other requirements in all the sectors where it operates.
