Over 150 vehicles from 1901 through the early 1970's are on display, along with WWI & WWII airplane engines, vintage fashions, and more. Rotating special exhibit changes each May. Current special exhibit through April 2012 is Wild Things & Wild Rides-Vintage Motorcycles & Cars Named for Animals.

Museum also features the world's largest private collection of Franklin automobiles, made in nearby Syracuse, NY. Franklins featured a unique air-cooled motor, and were a prime example of luxury cars of the day. Other exhibits include Cars Made in New York (State) and the Post-War Collection.
