I work as the director of the procurement department at NNPC -Nigeria National Petroleum commission . This company supplies a brand of crude oil called Alba Crude Oil and sale to the world market THROUGH license mandate operators/holders. The NNPC issues oil lifting license allocations to individuals/companies who will assist them to market their product and earn commission in return.
