A prospective buyer/seller should send a valid loi/fco to us, and our client would send them a pop and FCO. If conditions are acceptable to both parties, the deal would be done.

The buyer can make any verification about the authenticity of the sellers' offer.

Our commission is paid by the seller/buyers.
