(the former name: Ningbo Locomotive Capacitor Development Center) was founded by CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works (Gofront), CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute (Times) and Ningbo Jiangbei Finance Development Corporation in April 1991.

Our company is located in Ningbo, a seashore city of the east coast in China, covering an area of 20,000 square meters and employing 120 staff.
