We have a Full line Of Life Fitness Cardio equipment with individual Media Units. We have a Full Life Fitness Circuit room. Dual Cable Pulley machines. Our free Weights go to 100#'s. Our members enjoy the use of the hotel pool INCLUDED in their membership. We offer Group Fitness Classes including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Nia and a variety of Muscle Mix classes. Our specialty is 10-12 week Weight Loss Camps which include nutrition counseling as well as workoouts that are convenient to whatever your schedule is. We offer a one week free trial pass and hope you will come in to check us out!!

Our Gym participates in many service project throughoout the year to help those in need. We host a Networking coffee every spring for the Children with Type 1 Diabetes in conjunction with JDRF.
