Mitaso was incorporated in the year 1968, by Late Sh F C Mittal, a visionary who rose to be a well-known industrialist, setting up 8 units in Faridabad (Haryana) , India in 6-7 years.

The company first started manufacturing Sheet metal components (SMC) for OEMs like Es Defence etc.
