Tennessee Real Estate courses for new students is provided by Virtual Classroom and home study workbook for distance learning. All internet and home study courses have additional support via email and on-line chat sessions at no extra cost. Personal training available by tutor sessions with an instructor in two hour increments at a cost of $40. Classroom real estate courses available as scheduled during the daytime 9am to 3pm weekdays or evenings 6pm to 9pm two or three nights per week. We offer small classroom settings for better student to instructor attention. All courses are approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Arkansas and Mississippi real estate courses available by internet only.
