Our state of the art production facility is capable of producing 30,000 litres of product per day and has the most varied manufacturing equipment available. This means we can produce stick novelties, extruded products as well as standardized filling of tubs. As one of the largest manufacturers of Italian ice cream, sorbetto (sorbet) and frozen novelties in North America, we are continually striving to remain innovative in the gelato industry.
Our product lines are shipped worldwide so whether you live in Timbuktu or the Lower Mainland you can enjoy our gelato. Not only do we sell under our own label, Mario's Gelati, but we will sell them under yours too. If you are interested in having a private label or custom dessert created please contact us.
The taste and texture of our gelatos are unparralled due to our unique formulations and commitment to sourcing the best ingredients available. We do not use flavoured mixes containing hydrogenated oils or other disagreeable ingredients. When possible we purchase locally grown ingredients but will also source ingredients from around the globe.
