説明
Production of rubber soles and heels
The first real foundation of the company dates back to 1952 when Mario Aimone creates in Civitanova the first semi-firm rubber existing in the area, the "Marche Rubber". From here, in 1974, the sons of Mario: Joseph Francis, continue the work of the founding father MARGOM; company with about 30 workers producing rubber soles and heels with an annual turnover of 200 million.
Twenty-five years later, the MARGOM, with sixty employees can qualify within the footwear industry as a medium-sized company with excellent growth prospects for the future.
The management at the executive level is still almost exclusively family.
The activity of MARGOM focuses, from the commercial point of view, largely on the domestic market, and in a particular way on the Marche district while maintaining relationships with sales of more than fifteen countries around the world, where it accounts for approximately 10% of its turnover.
Today MARGOM appears to have reached a good level of global operations, making use of two main lines: quality and service, which are definitely the strategic leadership of this "LITTLE BIG COMPANY."
