This technology is used across a range of demanding environments such as the food and drink, nuclear power, heavy industry, infrastructure and ATEX sectors. An effective alternative to both hard-wired equipment and pin/sleeve type contacts, the decontactor is a highly flexible method of connecting and disconnecting electrical equipment at the press of a latch - safely. 5% of turnover is invested into RD every year to create, develop and adapt industrial electrical outlets and distribution boxes to suit the needs of our customers.

A wealth of functions and added value

MARECHAL brought the decontactor, the high performance industrial connector with integral AC21 switch, to the electrical market.

One decontactor alone can therefore replace a socket, a switch and a disconnector. One simple press of the button cuts off the current and prevents any risk of electric arc formation.
